Current teams: 2014B- (Blue/Yellow)- 2009 G Blue

Coaching Experience: 23 years coaching experience as a club trainer, assistant and head coach at a high school and club level.

Playing Experience: I have been playing soccer as far as I can remember. I have played in many different leagues and at high school level in my home country. (Perú) I had the opportunity to also play in the Concord men’s league and in Santa Barbara SUSL.

Education: High school diploma, degree in Business administration (CSUS), California teaching credential, Masters in education (National University)

Philosophy: My goal is to provide each individual player with the necessary tools and guidance to help them achieve their maximum potential. To do so, I like to develop my coaching points around the different areas of the sport. These areas include technical, physical, mental, and tactical. I believe with lots of good practice and good guidance from coaches, the players will develop a set of second-nature skills which will set them apart from other players. In addition, my coaching philosophy is not only to develop the player in the technical, tactical or fitness aspects of the game, but also in the aspects of respect, sportsmanship, and citizenship.
