Experience: 

Coaching since 2019, coached with EC Revolution FC the 22/23 season, and since  23/24 Season, I have been head coach of the Revolution 15B Blue Team, before He  coached and assisted for Newark Soccer Club and East Bay Ajax.

Coaching Philosophy: 

“I firmly believe in player development as part of a dynamic system called a team, The  Player is made up of complex structures, so my goal as a coach is to balance each of  these structures so that they can achieve the best of them, creating a positive and collaborative environment to achieve team synergy and train not only good players but  also good human beings”. 

Coaching Style: 

In my coaching approach, I focus on playing beautiful football with an emphasis on  possession. I encourage attacking play, give players creative freedom, and value  tactical adaptability and a philosophical view of the game as a form of art and  expression.
