Coaching Philosophy

“I consider myself an educator first. I understand the root of the word education must deal with “bringing out or forth” and that is critically important. The more confidence and motivation that a player has, the better they will be capable of both doing and creating.  I use motivation as a tool to push young players to develop all their potential. I want them to not only compete, but also to train and improve. There are vital points that must be enhanced every day, such as attention, concentration, sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, and sacrifice for a job well done. My goal is to promote learning and joy, the rest will unfold as it should; win, lose or draw.”
