EXPERIENCE: 

I have been coaching for the past 9 years. I started my coaching career at impact soccer club and then made the move to De Anza Force and eventually coming back to Impact. Now known as East County Revolution. Through the years I have been fortunate enough to work with some talented teams and players. 

COACHING PHILOSOPHY: 

Individual: Develop the individual player within his or her strengths / weaknesses for future success. 

Team: Set up the team to problem solve and develop within the team identity. Winning will be a consequence of us being able to master our game model and work within it. 

COACHING STYLE: 

My coaching style is built on long term goals of players. An attractive style of play that involves our team having the ball and breaking the opponent down. Players being able to move on the field freely and express themselves on and off the ball. From my experience the best players are the ones that are given the ability to problem solve and work within a game model.
